Neighbors South built this home at 2817 Madison Ave. It became the home for the Hernandez family.

A new home was built in 2006 at 3020 W Street for Rosenda Medina-Howell.

The 2005 Neighbors South home of Juan Ramirez and family at 3024 W Street.

2004 Build

Neighbors South began work on this home, 2547 Rees Street, in 2004. This project became the home of Leon Leon, Mary Obat and their family.

2003 Build

Neighbors South began work on this home, 3021 V Street, in July 2003. This project became a five bedroom, one-story home with a full basement for Maroul Kir’s family.

2000 Build

Neighbors South broke ground on this building project in February 2000. This four-bedroom, ranch-style house is located at 4528 South 26th Street in Omaha and became the home for the Diaz family.

1999 Build

September 5th, 1999

Neighbors South broke ground on its first project in May 1999. This four-bedroom, two-story home is located at 2505 Rees Street.

The partner family was Regina Hurt and her three daughters. The family contributed many hours of labor, or “sweat equity,” to the construction of this and other Habitat homes. The Hurt family home was dedicated on September 5, 1999.
